You can buy an apartment at any stage of a development, from site preparation and excavation to structural work and final finishing. The construction stage affects the price, the number of available apartments and the length of the payment plan.
At the start of sales, buyers usually have a wider choice of layouts, floors and views. Developers update their prices as construction progresses, while the most attractive apartments are often reserved first. Buying early gives you more choice and secures the price written into your contract.

The widest choice of apartments and the project’s opening prices.
02
You can follow the pace of construction and see the project taking shape.
03
Apartments are delivered fully finished. Buyers can also agree on selected materials and interior details in advance.
04
The buyer inspects the apartment, receives the keys and registers the utility accounts in their name.
The first apartments are usually released at lower prices. Developers increase their prices as construction moves forward.
In most projects, the buyer pays part of the price upfront and spreads the remaining balance over the construction period. Payments can be made monthly or quarterly.
Buying early gives investors a better choice of floors, layouts, views, apartment locations within the development and orientations.
If prices in the development rise during construction, your purchase price remains fixed in the contract. The difference often becomes more noticeable as the project approaches completion.
The right stage depends on your budget, reason for buying and how soon you need the apartment.
Prices are lower at the excavation stage, more apartments are available and the payment period is longer. The waiting time is also longer, so the developer’s previous work and reliability become especially important.
Halfway through construction, you can see the pace of work, the position of the buildings and the actual views. Prices are higher than at launch, but the finished development is easier to picture.
Closer to completion, the waiting period is shorter. You can inspect the exterior, shared facilities and quality of the finishing. By this point, fewer layouts and floors remain available, and the payment period is usually shorter.
We begin by asking why you want to buy property. It may be for living, holidays, rental income, resale, a Turkish residence permit or citizenship by investment. Your plans help us choose the right area, project, completion date and payment schedule.
A Musa Homes sales representative selects suitable developments based on your budget and sends you current prices, floor plans, apartment positions and payment terms.
We look at the developer’s history, construction stage, planned completion date, previous developments, contract terms and future maintenance costs.
We check the floor, orientation, view, position within the development and nearby buildings. If you are outside Turkey, we can present the project by video call.
The contract records the apartment price, initial payment, payment schedule, completion date and responsibilities of both parties.
Your sales representative stays in touch after the purchase and sends photos from the building site. You can follow the progress of your apartment while living in another country.
The contract should answer the buyer’s main questions clearly. Before signing, check the following:
Once the contract is signed, the purchase price remains fixed. Any later price increase for other apartments in the development does not affect the amount written in your contract.
The price, payment schedule and completion date must be confirmed before the main payment is made.
Musa Homes does not add every new development in Alanya to its portfolio. Before offering a property to buyers, we check the documents, the developer’s history and its current construction sites. If we find serious concerns, we will not work with the project, even when the price looks attractive.
Before adding a development to our property catalogue, we check:
Musa Homes has worked in Alanya since 2009. During this time, we have seen completed developments from many local builders and followed their work through different construction stages. This experience helps us give buyers clear information about the company, its documents and the progress of the project.
The contract states the planned completion date and the developer’s responsibility if this deadline is missed. Contracts include financial compensation for each month of delay, with the amount linked to the rental value of a similar apartment in the same area.
Before signing, it is important to check the completion date and the terms that apply if the developer misses it. Our lawyer explains the contract and draws the buyer’s attention to the sections covering payments, apartment handover and possible delays.
Most of the purchase process can be completed remotely. Your Musa Homes sales representative can arrange an online viewing and show you the neighbourhood, construction site, apartment position within the development and view from the selected floor.
Once all terms have been agreed, we email the contract to the buyer. You print and sign it, then send us a scanned copy. The developer signs the contract, and you receive your copy. The original contract will be kept safely at the Musa Homes office until you visit Alanya.
Our work continues until construction is complete and the apartment has been handed over. Your sales representative follows the important contract dates, answers questions about payments and sends updates from the construction site.
After completion, we help you inspect the apartment, complete the title deed transfer, register water and electricity, arrange insurance and choose furniture. If any issues are found during the inspection, we report them to the developer so they can be corrected.
Our catalogue includes apartments in off-plan and under-construction developments across Alanya. Prices, available floor plans and payment terms are updated regularly.
