First of all we want to start our presentation from this information. During the earthquake, the resonance probability of this kind of buildings is very unlikely. Therefore, the multistory buildings, built on rock, such as our building, have high security in terms of earthquake.
There will be 2 blocks, 30 floors and 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 apartments and penthouses.
1 parking place shall be assigned to the studio (1+1) flats, 2 places to the (2+1) and (3+1) flats, and 3 places to the penthouses. A car charging station which shall be integrated to the car-park electricity system shall be installed for the hybrid cars.
SOCIAL AREAS:
Indoor swimming pool, sauna, sream room and fitness center in the Residence Tower A.
Indoor and outdoor play grounds in the Residence Tower A.
TV lounge in the Residence Tower A.
Outdoor swimming pool and sun bathing terrace shall be established in the back yard of the Residence Tower B.
Kitchen:
Closets: Imported or domestic closets designed according to the drawing in the project.
Kitchen tops: Corian, grapol or equivalent imported or domestic coating.
Sink: Franke or equivalent.
Home appliances: Miele or equivalent devices (countertop electrical stove, built-in oven, built-in dish washer, built-in refrigerator, stove hood).
Bath:
Vitrified: Vitra, Duravit brand equivalent, domestic or imported.
Fixtures: Artema, Hans Grohe brand equivalent, domestic or imported .
Shower: Shower tray designed according to the project or glass shower cabin compatible with it.
Closet: Wooden, lacquer, or similar closed designed specially.
